Community Advocacy
The staff members of the Parenting Program are staunch advocates for issues related to the well being of children and families in our community. We participate in many organizations that work to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Carroll County, especially the children. We can provide speakers for clubs and civic groups on a number of issues such as teen pregnancy, literacy, early childhood education, and parenting.

Please Help Us...
Child and family well-being is a community issue that is directly related to the health of the local economy. If you are a concerned citizen and would like to help us in our work we would appreciate your help. Corporate and individual community partners can:

  • Volunteer as tutors, childcare providers, fund raisers, bus monitors, etc.
  • Donate small items for the "Baby Bucks" incentive and character-education program.
  • Donate diapers, baby wipes, office supplies, and other items needed for daily operation.
