Carroll County’s Aspiring Leaders completed their 18 month extensive professional development program with the delivery of their Capstone presentations at the Carroll County Schools Performing Arts Center on December 10, 2019. Twenty-eight individuals were selected through an application process to be part of this unique leadership training opportunity. The program emphasizes demonstrating intentional leadership, being a lead learner, and living the leadership essentials with the purpose of positively changing the lives of our students. The skills learned through the program are meant to prepare participants to be stronger leaders in their current roles and to cultivate future leaders for our schools.
