The Carroll County Board of Education unanimously approved the instructional calendars for 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 at the February 11 Board Meeting. The approved calendars include an extension of the fall and winter breaks to five days each for students. Staff will have one scheduled Professional Learning Day during the fall and winter holidays.
“We are pleased that the approved instructional calendars will provide students and staff with more time off during the year, while also keeping instructional time and professional development a priority,” stated Scott Cowart, Superintendent of Carroll County School System.
