Carroll County School System hosted its annual District Convocation event this morning to kick-off Preplanning for the upcoming school year. Nearly 1,200 educators, administrators, District leaders, and Board Members gathered at the Carroll County Schools Performing Arts Center. Superintendent Scott Cowart welcomed everyone and shared the vision and purpose for the 24STRONG family.
Special thanks to Ms. Ruthie Phillips and students from the CHS Chorus for performing at the event, and to Teacher of the Year, Ms. Angela Little, Carroll County Alumni Mr. John Jones, and Senator Mike Dugan for offering words of inspiration.
