Carroll County School System hosted Tara Brown, The Connection Coach, for all certified and classified staff members on October 7, 2019. Ms. Brown is an award-winning educator, author, and international speaker whose 30-year professional journey has taken her across the globe. She believes in the power of building positive connections to bring out every students’ true potential.
“Our purpose of positively changing lives begins with fostering strong emotional connections with our students,” stated Scott Cowart, Superintendent of Carroll County Schools. “Tara Brown’s expertise and personal experiences reinforces the importance of building relationships as the foundation for achieving academic success. We are delighted that our entire staff had the opportunity to hear her story and to hear personal testimonies from their peers about the lives that are being changed in our schools.”
