Nearly 80 students from Carroll County high schools recently participated in the 2021-2022 Carroll County High School Honor Chorus performance, under the direction of guest Clinician, Dr. Kevin Hibbard and Dr. Leslie Gillis, Collaborative Pianist.
Dr. Kevin Hibbard is Professor Emeritus of Music from the University of West Georgia, where he served as Director of Choirs for 32 years. Dr. Leslie Gillis is currently adjunct faculty at Reinhardt University in music education.
The program has continued to provide a premier opportunity for Carroll County students to enhance their singing abilities and have the experience of performing in a large group setting. This year’s event was held at the Carroll County Schools Performing Arts Center.
