Central High School Animal Science Department Receives Weyerhaeuser Giving Fund Grant

Central High School’s Animal Science Department was recently awarded a $5000 grant from Weyerhaeuser Giving Fund to improve and expand the animal science facilities.

The Giving Fund supports a variety of focus areas to support their communities. The grant awarded to Central High School was in the area of education and youth development. The Giving Fund supports and strengthens schools and educational institutions in an effort to help advance teaching, curriculum and instruction that promote student achievement. 

Central High School’s Animal Science instructor is Mrs. Nikhol Dysart.
