Central High School Shotgun Team Member Nationally Ranked

Central High School Shotgun Team member, Sydney Musick, is nationally ranked with both the National Sporting Clays Association (NSCA) and the Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP). She has been named a member of the Sub-Junior Ladies Team for scores based on the 2019 calendar year. Her yearly total of 64 points rank her 7th in the nation.
Supported by the Scholastic Shooting Sports Foundation, the SCTP uses a combination of education and athletics to enhance the growth and personal development of student athletes throughout the nation. Through a variety of fun and team-based shooting tournaments, they provide student athletes aged elementary through college with a supportive environment where shooting sports serve as catalysts for teaching life lessons and skills that emphasize positive character traits and citizenship values. Students training instills a commitment to safe firearm handling, teamwork, and leadership.
