Central Middle School FFA Program Ranks Among the Best in the State
May 15 2020
The Georgia Future Farmers of America Association (FFA) recently evaluated middle and high school agricultural programs from across the state, and Central Middle School (CMS) was one of only 35 schools to be recognized as a Gold Chapter.
“To receive such a high ranking in the first year of our FFA program is an honor,” said Jimmy LeBlanc, Principal of Central Middle School. “We’re very proud of Mr. Brock and his students, and we are excited about the premier opportunities the CMS FFA program will provide for many years to come.”
A total of 142 schools completed the National Chapter application process. Applications were reviewed and evaluated by a team of agricultural teachers from across Georgia. In addition to earning Gold Chapter status, CMS will now advance to National Level judging.
