Mount Zion Middle School FBLA Recognized at Region VII Leadership Conference

Mount Zion Middle School participated in the 2021 Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Region 7 Leadership Conference. All events were completed online, and the results were announced during a virtual ceremony. Andrew Roulaine placed 1st in Business Math & Financial Literacy and 3rd in Career Exploration; Jasmine Becerra placed 2nd in Business Math & Financial Literacy and 4th in FBLA Concepts; Zoey Wadley placed 5th in Business Math & Financial Literacy and 6th in Digital Citizenship; Miracle Ayers placed 6th in Business Math & Financial Literacy and 8th in Career Exploration; Marcella Sharpton placed 5th in Business Concepts and 7th in Digital Citizenship; Aaliyah Hurston placed 3rd in Business Etiquette and 5th in Social Media Concepts; Kendall Parker placed 4th in Business Etiquette and 6th in Career Exploration; Marley Cook placed 4th in Marketing Concepts and 7th in Career Exploration; Cain Corley placed 2nd in Digital Citizenship and 3rd in Computer & Internet Concepts; Victoria Harris placed 4th in Social Media Concepts and 5th in Computer & Internet Concepts; and Annie Norton placed 3rd in FBLA Concepts and 3rd in Introduction to Business Communication. Qualifying students will advance to the FBLA Middle Level State Leadership Conference next month.
In addition to individual winners, Mt. Zion Middle's chapter of FBLA was recognized as having the 2nd largest middle level chapter in Region 7.
