Ms. Marcia Shadinger Morris Division Winner and “Top 10” at 2021 GACTE Summit

Marcia Shadinger Morris was honored at the Georgia Association for Career & Technical Education (GACTE) Summer Summit which drew over 1,800 CTAE educators from the state of Georgia.  She was nominated by her peers in the administrative division and selected by the GACTE Awards Committee as the division’s Top 2021 Work Based Learning Coordinator.  Ms. Morris was also recognized as one of the “Top 10” in the state competition.  

Marcia Morris serves as a Work Based Learning Coordinator for Carroll County Schools.  She has been an educator for more than 30 years and earned her BS, MEd, and EdS from the University of West Georgia.
