Over 200 Students Perform in County Honor Band

More than 200 students from Carroll County middle and high schools were chosen to perform in this year's County Honor Band at the Carroll County Schools Performing Arts Center. The students delivered PREMIER performances under the direction of guest clinicians, Kathy Mason and Jeffrey Rowser.
