Three Carroll County Schools students were first place winners at the State Technology Fair. Landon Garrett from Temple Middle School is the state winner in Robotics for grades 7 and 8. The team of Belinda Hernandez Lujan and Gaelle Charles from Villa Rica High School is the state winner in Productivity Design for grades 11-12. Along with these state wins, a number of other students were state runners-up. Avery Diggs from Bay Springs Middle School finished second in 3D Modeling for grades 7-8. Patience Jackson from CCA North finished second in Audio Production for grades 9-10. Hannah Green from CCA South finished second in Graphic Design for grades 9-10. Kelly Jefferson from CCA North finished second in Graphic Design for grades 11-12.
