Temple Middle School Wins Small School Girls’ Basketball Championship

Temple Middle School’s girls’ basketball team defeated Heard County 45-40 to win the Small School Championship. Offensive MVP, Lauren Marlow scored a season record of ~115 points, Kendall Ward, Defensive MVP, had more than ~60 steals for the season, and Jayda Smith, Tiger Award Winner, led the team as Captain on and off the court.

Head Coach, Kevin Pace stated, “We are very proud of our team and appreciate the support of our parents and the Temple community.”
