Three Carroll County Students Recognized as West Georgia RESA Young Georgia Author Winners

West Georgia RESA recently announced their 2020-21 Georgia Young Author Winners, and three Carroll County students received top honors for their grade level. Emily Adams from Bowdon Elementary School, won with her story titled, “At the Birthday Party,” Ithica Elementary School’s, Cate Williamson, won with her story titled, “I Will Save the World,” and Diana Espinoza of Villa Rica High School, won with her story titled, “The Sun Has Fallen.”
