The Carroll County Board of Education presented Mrs. Tracey Barrow with the Leadership Merit Award at the Board Meeting held on March 21, 2019. Mrs. Barrow has demonstrated premier leadership for nearly two decades serving the Mt. Zion Cluster. During her tenure as Principal, the graduation rate consistently increased and was of 98.2% this past year. Students also experienced success outside the classroom under her leadership through multiple achievements in extracurricular activities.
In addition to her role with Carroll County School System, Mrs. Barrow has been involved with professional organizations, including serving as past President of the Georgia Association of Secondary School Principals and being an active member of the Professional Association of Georgia Educators.
Mrs. Barrow is currently leading the College and Career Academy North Campus and continues to be an example of the 24STRONG spirit.
