Nearly 200 members of the Carroll County School System’s Transportation Department spent the day at the Performing Arts Center planning and training for the upcoming school year! Transportation staff reviewed policies and procedures, practiced hands on first aid/trauma training, and attended the Darkness to Light program, sponsored by the Carroll County Child Advocacy Center. “We are excited about the start of a new school year and recognize that the district’s commitment to changing lives starts as soon as the children board our buses each day,” said Bruce Tidaback, Director of Transportation. “We appreciate the community partners who assisted in providing our employees with the necessary resources to ensure our students have a premier year.”
