Two Carroll County Teachers Named Georgia Department of Education Science Ambassadors

The Georgia Department of Education recently selected two Carroll County teachers to serve as Science Ambassadors. Mr. Greg Patterson from Providence Elementary School and Mrs. Monica Chason from Villa Rica High School were chosen to serve as leaders in their field to assist educators with making science exciting and engaging for students.

Mr. Patterson joined the PES team this year and serves as a 5th grade teacher. Mrs. Chason has been an educator with Carroll County for 7 years and currently teaches Physical Science at VRHS.
