Villa Rica Student Awarded 2021 Georgia Conservation District Scholarship

Mallory Martin, a student at Villa Rica High School, was awarded a 2021 Georgia Conservation District Scholarship. The $6,500 scholarship from the Georgia Association of Conservation Districts and Soil and Water Conservation Districts throughout Georgia is reserved for the overall highest scoring individuals at the Natural Resources Conservation Workshop. The 5-day workshop in Tifton, Georgia allows students to take part in lectures and hands-on activities to boost their knowledge of Georgia’s vital natural resources.
