Pre-K Enrollment
Carroll County Schools provides enrollment in Pre-K through a lottery system. Eligible students are 4-year old children born on or before September 1st who live in Carroll County and 5-year old children who have never attended a lottery-funded PK in Georgia. Registration for the Pre-K Lottery can be completed online or in person. After the drawing, parents will be notified of their child’s placement in a Pre-K class or placement on a waiting list. Notifications will be sent out on or before March 17th.
To receive a Pre-K Lottery Ticket, please complete the following steps between February 27th through March 10th between the hours of 8am - 4pm (either in person or online). The lottery system is not a first come, first served basis.

After completing your online application, you will receive a confirmation email from the Student Registration Center. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive a second email with instructions to complete the application process.
