The Carroll County School System offers a preschool program for children with special needs, called Preschool Assessment and Learning Services (PALS). The program provides early intervention, assessment and educational services to disabled or delayed preschoolers ages 3 to 5. For children who live within the Carroll County School System attendance area, the program is free.

Step 2 - Gather Required Documentation and Prepare for Upload

• Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• GA 3231 Immunization Form

• GA 3300 Eye, Ear, Dental, Nutrition Form

• 2 Proofs of Residence (current within 30 days)

• Parent ID

Step 3 - Complete Online Application and Upload Required Documentation

Step 4 - Follow the instructions in the email you receive after completing Step 3 above

After completing your online application, you will receive a confirmation email from the Student Registration Center. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive a second email with instructions to complete the application process.
