Carroll County Schools

Today is School Nurse Day, when we take time to recognize and thank our school nurses and clinic assistants for the crucial link they make between education and healthcare. Our 17 nurses, 10 clinic assistants and 12 substitute nurses serve over 16,000 students at Carroll County Schools. This school year alone they have served over 124,000 clinic visits, and over 95 percent of these students were able to return to class! The impact they make in keeping students in school and healthy cannot be overstated. We love our school nurses and assistants and love the way they positively change lives!
