Step 1 - Gather Required Documentation and Prepare for Upload

  • Birth Certificate

  • Social Security Card

  • GA 3231 Immunization Form

  • GA 3300 Eye, Ear, Dental, Nutrition Form

  • 2 Proofs of Residence (current within 30 days)

  • Parent ID

  • Guardianship / Legal paperwork (if applicable)

Additional paperwork beneficial for student placement

  • Withdrawal paperwork from prior school

  • Transcript (for high school students)

Step 2 - Complete Online Application and Upload Required Documentation

If you have a student already enrolled in Carroll County Schools and have a Parent Portal account, click the button below to start online registration.

Step 3 - Follow the instructions in the email you receive after completing Step 2 above

After completing your online application, you will receive a confirmation email from the Student Registration Center. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive a second email with instructions to complete the application process. The email will come from noreply@carrollcountyschools.com. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
