PALS enrollment
The Carroll County School System offers a preschool program for children with special needs, called Preschool Assessment and Learning Services (PALS). The program provides early intervention, assessment and educational services to disabled or delayed preschoolers ages 3 to 5. For children who live within the Carroll County School System attendance area, the program is free.
Step 1 - Make a referral

Step 2 - Gather Required Documentation and Prepare for Upload
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
GA 3231 Immunization Form
GA 3300 Eye, Ear, Dental, Nutrition Form
2 Proofs of Residence (current within 30 days)
Parent ID
Guardianship / Legal paperwork (if applicable)
Step 3 - Complete Online Application
If you have a student already enrolled in Carroll County Schools and have a Parent Portal account, click the button below to start online registration.

Step 4 - Follow the instructions in the email you receive after completing Step 3 above
After completing your online application, you will receive a confirmation email from the Student Registration Center. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive a second email with instructions to complete the application process. The email will come from noreply@carrollcountyschools.com. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
