Carroll County Schools provides enrollment in Pre-K through a  tiered lottery system. Eligible students are 4-year old children born on or before September 1st who live in Carroll County and 5-year old children who have never attended a lottery-funded PK in Georgia. Registration for the Pre-K Lottery can be completed online or in person. After the drawing, parents will be notified of their child’s placement in a Pre-K class or placement on a waiting list. Notifications will be sent out on or before March 22nd.

To receive a Pre-K Lottery Ticket, please complete the following steps between March 4th through March 15th, 2024 between the hours of 8am - 4pm (either in person or online). The lottery system is not a first come, first served basis.

Step 3 - Follow the instructions in the email you receive after completing Step 2 above

After completing your online application, you will receive a confirmation email from the Student Registration Center. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive a second email with instructions to complete the application process. The email will come from noreply@carrollcountyschools.com. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
