Aug 11, 2023 -- Last night, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources Jared Griffis, Assistant Superintendent of School Performance Dr. Jessica Ainsworth, Director of Communications and Partnerships Charity Aaron and Superintendent Scott Cowart accepted an Atlanta Journal-Constitution Top Workplaces Award for the Carroll County School System. The Top Workplaces Award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection.
Energage, LLC, conducted surveys and said over 1,360 of the school system’s almost 2,000 employees participated.
Carroll County Schools adds the AJC Top Workplace award to a trophy case that includes five consecutive Times-Georgian Reader’s Choice best employer awards and four consecutive Atlanta Business Chronicle Best Places to Work awards.
