Congratulations to the three finalists for Carroll County Schools Teacher of the Year -- Amy Baxter from Central Elementary School, Kevin Brown from Villa Rica High School and Stacey Morris from Roopville Elementary School! These three finalists will continue in competition until the winner is announced at the board meeting on October 19. All teachers of the year from all county schools will be honored with a reception that night prior to the board meeting at the Carroll County Schools Performing Arts Center.
