After completing a six-month leadership development course through Georgia Leadership Institute for School Improvement, 28 Carroll County Schools classified staff members graduated March 7.
The purpose of GLISI's Class A course is to create a classified leaders' learning community focused on leading teams committed to ensuring safe, healthy, and responsive working and learning environments for adults and students. Cross-cutting themes include team building, leadership brand, scenario practice, core leadership concepts, individual development planning and supervisor connection.
Class A support delivers a meaningful and customized leadership development experience to classified personnel, with an emphasis on developing self-efficacy, leadership agency, customer service skills, and more.
