BHS FBLA at state conference

Congratulations to the Bowdon High School Future Business Leaders of America Chapter for their recognitions at at the State Leadership Conference March 21-22 in Atlanta.

BHS FBLA won Gold Chapter of the Year, 2nd Place in March of Dimes contribution, 5th Place Largest Local Chapter Membership, 10th Place Market Share Award, Superior Chapter and 8th place overall for Georgia FBLA Chapter.

Nine students from Bowdon High FBLA attended the conference where they were “Exploring the Unknown” as they map out their futures with over 4,000 other high school students from around the state.

Individual awards: Kaleb Chambers earned the Georgia FBLA Alumni Scholarship. Lydia Thompson achieved Leader Level in FBLA Business Achievement Awards. Bryson Adams, Haiden Clark, Naomi Chambers, Mack Kilgore, David Jackson, Charlie Duke, Brooklyn Lyles, Ava Frazier, Gabriella Singh, Ethan Smith, and Montajah Wyatt achieved Advocate Level in FBLA Business Achievement Awards. Carlie Whitman, Sam Grizzard, Mack Teate, Ellen Powell, and Naomi Kent received the Community Service Award.
