Congratulations to Matthew Huckeba, the Carroll County Schools 24STRONG Award winner for April 2024. Mr. Huckeba has been part of the 24STRONG family since 2005 as a classroom teacher, assistant principal and now as the Principal of Central Elementary School. According to numerous nominations from faculty and staff members at CES, he possesses unwavering dedication to the academic success, personal growth, and well-being of our students, staff and their families.
