Last night, Superintendent Scott Cowart, Associate Superintendent of School Performance Dr. Jessica Ainsworth, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources Jared Griffis, and Director of Communications and Partnerships Charity Aaron accepted an The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Top Workplaces Award for the Carroll County School System. Carroll County Schools was named #25 among Large Companies in Metro Atlanta.

The Top Workplaces Award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection.

Energage, LLC, conducted surveys and said over 1,100 of the school system’s almost 2,000 employees participated.

This is the second consecutive year that Carroll County Schools has been named an AJC Top Workplace. It adds the award award to a trophy case that includes six consecutive Times-Georgian Reader’s Choice best employer awards and four Atlanta Business Chronicle Best Places to Work awards.
