Carroll County Schools HVAC Lead Randall Williams has been presented the Whatever it Takes Award for his actions when a co-worker was seriously injured while working on a roof-top HVAC unit. Thanks to quick thinking and a level head Williams managed to get his coworker safely off the roof and to a fire station just a few hundred yards away where a life-saving tourniquet was applied. Williams's actions likely saved the life of his co-worker and friend. Thank you, Randall Williams, for reacting in a way that is an example to all and a demonstration of doing Whatever it Takes!
