Congratulations to the three finalists for Carroll County Schools Teacher of the Year -- Stanley Clarke from Central High School, Christina Flores from Providence Elementary School and Claudia Lancheros from Temple High School! These three finalists will continue in competition until the winner is announced at the board meeting on October 24. All teachers of the year from all county schools will be honored with a reception that night prior to the board meeting at the Carroll County Schools Performing Arts Center.
