Congratulations to Melanie Lively of the Carroll County Health Department! Ms. Lively is the Carroll County Schools 24STRONG winner for September. This month we are recognizing a community partner who exhibits the 24STRONG spirit, and Ms. Lively has been exceptionally helpful to our school nurses this school year as they navigate the new state immunization registry. The Carroll Co. Health Department is an invaluable community partner, providing flu shots, resources, and disease updates to our students and staff. This year, Ms. Lively has gone above and beyond regular customer service to locate missing records, correct errors, and provide complete immunization records for each school. She also has assisted with scheduling appointments for students requiring immunization updates. Nominations from our school nurses and clinic assistants revealed that Ms. Lively is known for quick response, extensive knowledge and deep dedication. We are grateful for her partnership and her unwavering commitment to the health and well-being of our students. Thank you, Melanie Lively, for being #24STRONG!
