The Villa Rica community gathered Monday, September 23 at Villa Rica High School to have conversations around common issues. While Carroll County Schools organized and facilitated the meeting, it included input from the City of Villa Rica, Carroll County government, Carroll Tomorrow and the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce and allowed members of the larger community to pose questions to leaders from these organizations. About 130 people attended to hear a presentation from Villa Rica High School Principal Dr. Mike Bedosky and Carroll County Schools Superintendent Scott Cowart and then hear questions they submitted read and discussed. Thank you to everyone who attended to share and learn together. We look forward to continuing the conversation around these issues and others that may surface in the future.
