Students are out of school today, but that's only to make room for all the faculty and staff involved in professional learning. Elementary and middle school teachers from across the district gathered at Temple Middle School this morning for sessions ranging from Physical Movement in Learning to Mastering Middle School Math. High school teachers are in sessions this afternoon at Temple High School where they are learning about Canva, Google, Promethean boards, artificial intelligence and more. Thank you to our dedicated educators for stepping back from the board to take a turn in the desks. Part of being Future Focused is devoting time and energy to lifelong learning and continuing to improve performance. This year is focused on elevation, and today is a great opportunity to learn more so we can do even more to help students graduate ready for their future.
