Congratulations to Katie Fowler, the Carroll County Schools 24STRONG winner for February 2025! Mrs. Fowler began her career as a Carroll County Schools teacher in 2007 and has been known for her exceptional dedication and compassion, which is evident in her tireless support of students, teachers, and staff. As the In-School Coordinator for Special Education at Bay Springs Middle School, Mrs. Fowler provides valuable resources, mentorship, and patient guidance, ensuring all students, especially those with special needs, have what they need to succeed.  Mrs. Fowler bridges the gap between special education and general education and is a true asset to Bay Springs Middle School.  Thank you, Katie Fowler, for your commitment to positively changing lives and being #24STRONG!
