Carroll County Schools students took top honors in the Carrollton Kiwanis Club's Art and Music Showcase on February 2. The Carrollton Kiwanis Foundation presented $1,500 in scholarships to student art winners and another $1,500 in scholarships to winning students in the music showcase.
ART
Zarrian Bowen, a senior at Villa Rica High School, won Best in Show and a $500 scholarship for her painting, "Undoll Like."
Olivia Fountain, a senior at Central High School, won first place and a $400 scholarship for her painting, "Untitled."
MUSIC
Aanyah Rachel Lovett, a Senior at Central High School, won second place and a $400 scholarship for her song L'heure Exquise.
