Bowdon High School football players and coaches unwrapped new state championship rings May 3 marking their third consecutive state title with a lasting memento. Marching band members and cheerleaders also received keepsake items while fans watched from the bleachers inside the BHS Coliseum. Carroll County district commissioner Danny Bailey presented the team with a proclamation signed by commission chair Michelle Morgan and City of Bowdon Mayor Randy Saxon also presented a proclamation.
