It's almost football time in Carroll County, and we're celebrating by hosting media night for local teams. Football coaches and players from Carroll County Schools as well as our local neighbors will be rotating through an interview time with local and state sports media partners beginning at 5 p.m. on July 31 at the Carroll County Schools Performing Arts Center.
Interviews will be conducted on the main stage and the public is welcome to sit in the auditorium to observe and listen. Guest teams will start at 5 p.m. and our Carroll County Schools teams (Bowdon, Central, Mount Zion, Temple and Villa Rica) are scheduled to begin their rotation around 6:45 p.m.
Most local teams begin scrimmage play this Friday night, August 1.
