For the fifth time, Carroll County Schools has been named one of Metro Atlanta’s Best Places to Work by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The district was one of only five organizations with more than 500 employees chosen. The Best Places to Work Awards recognize local employers that have gone above and beyond to create an outstanding workplace culture. The Atlanta Business Chronicle partners with research firm Quantum Workplace to conduct anonymous, randomized surveys at participating organizations providing insight into which companies have the happiest, most engaged employees. The survey measures success in team dynamics, trust in leadership, communication and more, with only the top-scoring companies in the region earning the right to be named one of the Best Places to Work. Other Extra Large category winners are Brasfield & Gorrie, Delta Community Credit Union, JLL and Cushman & Wakefield.
