Congratulations to the four finalists for Carroll County Schools Teacher of the Year -- Robyn Porter from Villa Rica High, Jessica Patterson from Mount Zion Elementary, Phil Cherry from Temple High and Laura Harris from Ithica Elementary! These four finalists will continue in competition until the winner is announced at the board meeting on October 23. All teachers of the year from all county schools will be honored that night with a reception at the Carroll County Schools Performing Arts Center prior to the board meeting.
