Today Carroll County Schools unveils our 2025 Annual Report and our brand new Performance Dashboard -- two tools to help our community see and understand more deeply the work that our schools do and the achievements of our students and our 24STRONG employee team. 

The 2025 Annual Report captures highlights from the last year for our district as a whole and for individual clusters and schools. A printed annual report can never fully communicate the breadth and depth nor the dynamic nature of our organization, and for that reason, we also share our Performance Dashboard as a new way to communicate more specific academic, financial, operational and engagement data with you.

A small team of district office personnel has worked for the better part of six months pulling together resources, data and software into a Performance Dashboard unlike any other. We have combined the power of our Qualtrics databases, the clarity of custom graphics and charts, and the content management system of our website into a hybrid tool that can communicate our performance across multiple metrics, systems and platforms. We believe it is unique in our state.
