Congratulations to Mrs. Nina McDaniel, the Carroll County Schools 24Strong winner for November 2025! Mrs. McDaniel first joined Carroll County Schools in 2006 and has worked in the Transportation Department and as a paraprofessional. She is a highly valued and dedicated paraprofessional in Alternative Programs. Those nominating Mrs. McDaniel praised her caring nature, dedication and rock-solid dependability saying she took time to transform rooms from beige walls to vibrant, motivational, warm and positive instructional spaces. Nominations agreed that she exemplifies the Alternative Program theme, "Every Journey Matters," and strives to remind students of their potential.
