Congratulations to Glanton-Hindsman Elementary School Principal Cecelia Brown (AKA Pete the Cat) for her victory in the Ferst Readers of Carroll County Book Character Contest! Ferst Readers provides free books to children from birth until age five to help develop a love for reading during the earliest stages of development.
