Twenty-six classified staff members from schools and departments across the Carroll County School District graduated April 2 from a six-month leadership development course in conjunction with the Georgia Leadership Institute for School Improvement.
Classified Leaders: Elevate Your Impact creates a learning community for classified leaders focused on leading teams committed to ensuring safe, healthy, and responsive working and learning environments for adults and students. Cross-cutting themes include team building, leadership brand, scenario practice, core leadership concepts, individual development planning and supervisor connection.
The course delivers a meaningful and customized leadership development experience to classified personnel, with an emphasis on developing self-efficacy, leadership agency, customer service skills, and more.
