The Carroll County Schools Performing Arts Center hosted its annual Military Enlistee Ceremony on April 1 to recognize and celebrate students who have chosen to enlist in military service after graduation. Carroll County Schools empowers students to graduate ready to be enrolled, enlisted, or employed and engaged in their community.
