Carroll County Schools

Today is School Nurse Day, when we take time to recognize and thank our school nurses and clinic assistants for the crucial link they make between education and healthcare. Our 18 nurses, 10 clinic assistants and 13 substitute nurses serve over 16,000 students at Carroll County Schools. This school year alone they have served almost 130,000 clinic visits, and almost 96 percent of these students were able to return to class! The impact they make in keeping students in school and healthy cannot be overstated.
