Carroll County Schools Performing Arts Center was proud to partner with the Sertoma Club to host nearly 1,700 4th grade students at the 40th Annual Sertoma Drug Awareness Rally on Friday, October 2. Special thanks to the University of West Georgia cheerleaders, Carroll County Sheriff's Office, Carrollton City Police Department, and the Sertoma Club volunteers for partnering to keep Carroll County Drug-Free!
